The Network Support Technician II course prepares students for employment in the Information Technology industry, following 1-3 years of experience. Students will focus on redundant topologies, troubleshooting, common networking issues, configuring EIGRP and multiarea OSPF in both IPv4 and IPv6. This training course will be administered through a comprehensive, theory based platform. The courses curriculum satisfies the requirements needed to obtain employment and/or career advancement.
